Rubber conveyer belt calendering line:
This production line,i.e. calendar equipped with accessories,is used for producing rubber conveyer belt’s core,,double-face coating of canvas,and continuous production of pure rubber sheet.it is key equipment for producing conveyer belt and rubber strip etc.

Characteristic:
1.Roll is made of chilled cast iron alloy,solid and wearable,drilled on roll cirvumference,having goof heating and cooling effects.
2.Rolling bearings support roll at two ends,saving energy and reducing eccentricity and vibration,can guarantee product accuracy.
3.Rolls have axis cross and pre-bending devices,in case of roll deformation due to loading,may regulate these two devices to compensate.
4.Nip adjustment can be implemented at separate one-side or simultaneous double-side. Roll gap is measured by displacement sensor,then displays in digital on the meter on operation table.
5.DC motor’s drive and DC speed regulating device’s control resulting in stable and reliable speed.

Accessories construction features
1.Having three –station let-off,including one set-off and two sets canvas let-off ,also providing one set lining winding device for collecting peeled lining by belt core letting off.
2.Having dry and cooling devices,one is to remove water content from canvas then keep canvas in certain tempreture,the other if for cooling coated product. These two devices cooperated with main machine to help create front/rear large tension zone of main machine.
3.Floating rolls device consists of supports.guide roll ,limited switch etc.which can control and stop production line in the event if canvas tension beyond setting value,so as to protect equipment.
4.Over-tension protection device consists of supports,guide roll and force and force-measuring bearing. Force-measuring bearing’s sensor can send out signals in case of front/rear large tension zone’s tension beyond setting value,the relevant air cylinder will work and the relevant limit switch will send out signals to stop machine so as to protect equipment.
5.Centering device mainly consists of photoelectric detector, electric control.aligning roll and servo motor , following cooling device and before winding device,which is used to correct deflection of rubber sheet.
6.Having three-station center wind-up,comprising one ste lining let-off,one set conveyer belt wind-up and two sets of rubber sheet wind-up.two sorts of wind-up integrated on one support and sharing one carriage. When winding coated belt core or coated canvas,motor may drag them to move left-to-right or reverse so as to keep winding core axle always on course.
7.System driver adopts digital speed regulating device,entire machine control uses PLC,and applies Fieldbus control technique.
